Which is sleeker – the car or the building?

Imagine our excitement to open up the February issue of Car and Driver magazine and see one of our buildings featured prominently in a national print advertisement for the new Infiniti QX50! It’s the Housing, Dining & Hospitality Administration Building at UCSD campus in La Jolla, completed in 2009. It’s one of our faves too, with its sleek undulating glass facade which limits solar heat gain to the offices within and looks pretty sexy while doing so! Here’s some additional photos from the archives, including detail shots of the stainless steel connectors that hold the tinted glass panels up.

Thanks Infiniti! What good taste you have!
