Affordable Housing Development – Brisas de Paz Nears Completion

The completion of the Brisas de Paz affordable housing project in Desert Hot Springs is within reach. Residents are expected to start moving into the project’s 62-units starting May 1st.

Imagine this space with play equipment for kids and an expansive lawn area for soccer games.

As you can see from recent photos, the final touches are being made to the buildings, such as painting the orange unit-entry doors.

Imagine sitting on your pleasantly-shaded private patio, chatting to neighbors and watching the kids play.

Plants and trees are starting to go in and breathe life into the common outdoor spaces…

Imagine this space with a dynamic canvas shade structure, BBQ’s, and furniture.

And the pool is almost ready to help residents beat the fast-approaching summer heat.

Imagine shimmering water in the pool, reflecting on the large overhang that shades the community room patio.

Check back soon for an update from the grand opening!
